Her passions to instill self confidence by building on the inherent strength every individual has but is mostly unaware, and in the process make the person achieve full potential in personal growth and become a great team player, is something to be seen.
In fact during every session of her “Image Building and Self Awareness” workshop this sincerity of purpose stands out most and which in turn inspires every participant who transform themselves and take home messages of self awareness and practical tips to improve their image.
I have myself sat through her session and found it extremely useful and enjoyable and could see how each participant was getting quietly transformed to be self confident individual and a great team player.
Having been teacher and trainer all throughout my career I admired her application of adult learning methodology, with role playing and various other participative learning process. I have never seen a workshop lasting for one full day with audience spell bound and hugely enjoying the learning process right from the beginning and till the end with same vigour.
Healthspring now employs almost 1000 employees- with a mixture of different health care providers and health management professionals, starting from front office receptionist, to Doctors and other healthcare professionals, administrative and sales and marketing professionals included.
It is our intention for each of our employees to undergo an experience of her one day workshop- as we truly believe this learning process of image building and self awareness will make a difference in their life and help Healthspring to become a great service delivery organization in healthcare. She has trained already 200 in 7 batches and will continue to do so.
Having been in medical academics and being involved in various forums and committees for reforms in medical education, I am seriously contemplating to introduce this sadly neglected subject in medical curriculum. I shall be working closely with Ms Dasgupta to take this concept forward in very near future. After all, medicine is about communication, engagement and change in behavior pattern.
I wish Swarnali and her team a great success in their endeavour.
